Purity

Purity is the first and necessary condition for the proper development of man.

The new life you are aiming at implies new hygiene, which starts with thought, feelings and actions. Health is determined by hygiene of man in his physical, emotional and mental life. Hygiene in the physical world requires man to know how to eat, drink water and breathe and finally to know how to sleep.

Man's health depends on his inner and outer Purity.

In order to sustain his health and strength man should have inner and outer purity. Purity is the first condition of health for all the living beings. When a word goes about Purity we understand it as a continuous process.

People think that whatever food they use, whatever they think or feel they can be healthy. This isn't possible. Health is connected with pure thoughts and feelings, with the pure and good food.

When thoughts, feelings and actions of man are pure, he is not afraid, he is not upset or worried. Whatever diseases may come, he is invulnerable. Even if he gets sick, the sickness would come and pass, without leaving any traces. Which is the reason for that? Pure blood. Therefore, in order to withstand the diseases and sufferings, in order to manage easily with your inner conflicts, purify your thoughts, feelings and actions. This is the so-called inner purity. One who has such purity within, his blood is pure. Health, power and good condition of man are due to the pure blood.

The pure man creates around himself a pleasant, healthy atmosphere, which attracts people. One, who is not pure, possesses no such an aura and repels all around. That is why if you look at man with the eye of a visionary or a psychic, you would notice a radiance of light around his head or would feel a gentle, delicate warmth around him. This means that the cause of health and good frame of mind in man is to be found within him.

Purity is the first and necessary condition for the proper development of man. Physical, emotional and mental hygiene is required from everybody. When man's body is pure, he would be healthy. When his heart is pure, he would have fresh complexion and clear look. When the mind is pure a pleasant and soft light would be emanated from his face.

Health without Purity is unobtainable.

For the improvement of man's life as well as the condition of their health, inner and outer hygiene is recommended. Purity can improve the health of man, to keep his energy and prolong his life.
